Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TruckExpenseTracker (the "Service"), provided by Contiumsoft OÜ ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. One account per person. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. The information you provide must be accurate.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
Share account credentials or resell access.
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service's operation.
Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise system security.
Submit data on behalf of others without their permission.

3. Your data

The data you enter — trips, expenses, receipts, truck records — belongs to you. We process it to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time via Settings → Export CSV.

4. Subscription and pricing

The Service is currently free to use. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future. If we do, existing users will receive advance notice and an opportunity to choose whether to continue.

5. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or occasional downtime. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.

6. Accuracy of metrics

The Service computes profitability metrics (revenue per mile, cost per mile, profit per mile) from the data you enter. These figures are estimates based on your inputs and should not be treated as financial, accounting, or tax advice. Consult a qualified accountant for tax filing and business decisions.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose risk to other users or the Service.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Contiumsoft OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months (which, for free accounts, is zero).

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the app. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, where Contiumsoft OÜ is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in Estonian courts, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country apply.
